Dedicated Server Hosting Terms & Conditions

You may migrate your website off of our dedicated server at any time True Productions is committed to providing 99.99% network availability in any calendar year, with exception of regularly scheduled maintenance. Should interruption in service occur, True Productions agrees to respond to the concern within 24 hours True Productions will provide periodic server logs (such as traffic, bandwidth, error and user information, etc.) upon request True Productions, agrees during the term of this Agreement and thereafter, to hold in confidence your Confidential Information. “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to, technical and business information relating to your services, inventions, intellectual property or products, research and development, customers, marketing and future business plans. This would include client information such as assessment data, billing information, personal data, etc In the event that you migrate your website off True Productions dedicated server, True Productions agrees to turn over website and unsent user logs to you within one week if requested True Productions will maintain a website backup every night for 30 days. Backups can be sent to a remote destination of your choosing (such as DropBox, SkyDrive, FTP, etc) upon request SSL Certificates are provided via Let’s Encrypt Your existing email service and provider will not be affected You will have full access to the server at anytime and own the rights to all files/code hosted on your account True Productions reserves the right to review your server usage every six months. If your website traffic or resource consumption has grown to a level above the base allocation, True Productions may notify you that additional hosting fees will be required to continue service at the appropriate level and present you with options for moving forward If you would like to cancel your hosting arrangement with True Productions, 30-days written notice is required. If paying quarterly or yearly, a pro-rated amount will be refunded Your hosting payment is your acceptance of these terms & conditions
